'Dreaded Dave' (hopefully due to the hair, and not for instilling fear in other drivers!) is how i'm known, along with my alter ego - animated DD, who will make several guest appearences throughout the site.
I'm a pretty easy going guy by all accounts, but
tackling thirty other racers in the all out, crazy world that
is the clio cup can get even me a bit 'hot under the collar'!
I've studied art and animation for the past three years (samples can be found on this very site) with other interests including music, snowboarding, poker and the occasional game of darts either in our team truck or down the pub, where I also enjoy the odd beer or two (not on race weekends, mind).
I've already done a season in the clios, previously
racing Mini's in the John Cooper Challenge, finishing 3rd in the
2005 'Club Class', and 6th in the 'S Class' in 2006 with several
fastest laps and podium finishes. I'd be well happy if I could
acheive similar results this year...
