I climbed up to 14th through the race by being consistent, and taking any opportunities when they presented themselves to me. And with a few laps to
go, I started battling with Williams for 13th, while he was battling with Herron for 12th. On the last lap I out braked Williams into tower and took the apex ahead of him, only to get trapped on the inside behind Herron who had been defending against Williams, I managed to carry my exit speed, and follow Williams around Herron on the run down to Sunny. As we exited the hairpin for the final time, Williams and I were side by side, and on the drag to the line, he had his nose ahead by 0.04 of a second.
With 13th comes 8 points, and I move up the points table to 22nd out of 44 drivers, which I'm quite happy with seeing as I started the weekend on minus points!
